Project Overview

Higham Roofing & Construction was appointed to deliver a full refurbishment of Spectrum House, a modern commercial building requiring a fresh, contemporary update. The project included the transformation of 11 open-plan offices, the refurbishment of the main reception area, and external car park resurfacing – bringing new life to both the working environment and the surrounding space.

Scope of Works

Office Refurbishment
The 11 offices were fully refurbished to create light, open-plan workspaces with a modern feel. Stylish herringbone flooring was installed throughout, complemented by high-quality finishes and the creation of new breakout rooms designed to foster collaboration and flexibility for tenants.

Reception Refurbishment
The main reception area underwent a complete refurbishment, transforming it into a welcoming and professional space for visitors and occupiers. A focus was placed on clean lines, high-end materials, and maximising natural light.

External Works
The existing car park was resurfaced to provide a smoother, safer environment for vehicles and pedestrians, improving the overall first impression of the building.

Outcome

Spectrum House now offers bright, modern office accommodation finished to a high standard, with improved shared facilities and external spaces. The project was delivered on time and within budget, creating a refreshed commercial environment ready to meet the needs of today’s businesses.
