Higham Roofing & Construction was appointed to deliver the full refurbishment of the Old Ceramics Building at Leamington College. The goal was to repurpose the outdated structure into a modern workshop and teaching facility, supporting the college’s expanding curriculum and technical learning spaces.
Safe removal of the original asbestos cement roof
