Metal side claddings are a generic design whereby a steel liner panel is fixed to a steel frame with a cavity former, insulant and steel top sheet with coloured finish.

When installed correctly with careful detailing give a commercial aesthetic appearance for mainstream warehousing activities.

It is easy to add a little flair with some contrasting coloured trims or indeed turning the top sheet through 90 degrees and running it horizontally

Metal cladding has various different systems from single skin cladding sheets to PIR composite panels these very is size, shape and colour and can be fitted to almost any steal structure. With current air tightness requirements very close attention must be paid to perimeter details to make sure a good quality vapour/air seal layer is created.

It is possible to mix and match manufacturers with steel linings and aluminium top sheets for longevity and standing seam aluminium for extra-long life span/performance.

Twin skin profiled metal roof solutions, comprises of two layers of metal profiled sheets with a cavity for insulation. This system and its various formats have been fitted since the 1970’s to what would now be considered lower end specification warehousing.
